Full Job Description

We are working with a privately owned contractor client who have a first class record of delivering mixed use and residential schemes on brownfield sites across the Capital and typically South of the River. Although they do undertake both housing and apartments, as well as some refurbishment – typical projects are new build flats from 5 to 20 storeys and a mixture of RC frame and traditional build.

We have been mandated exclusively to secure a Head of Operations for a £50-60m turnover Main Contractor – to oversee the day to day delivery of 8-12 live jobs concurrently and through a Contracts and Project Management team.

• Track record of project delivery to programme, safety and margin
• Proven leadership of multiple project concurrently
