Overview: As the Head of Beverage, you will be at the forefront of our beverage operations, overseeing all aspects of beverage development, implementation, and management across our multiple sites. You will be responsible for curating unique drink menus, ensuring consistency in quality, and driving innovation to keep our offerings fresh and exciting

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement beverage strategies aligned with the company's vision and brand identity
• Create and maintain diverse, innovative drink menus that cater to varying tastes and preferences
• Establish standard operating procedures for beverage preparation, ensuring consistency and efficiency across all sites
• Lead beverage training programs for staff to enhance product knowledge, service standards, and sales techniques
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and new products to continuously elevate our beverage offerings

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry, preferably in bars or restaurants
• Extensive knowledge of beverage trends, ingredients, and techniques
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
