We are seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking individual to join a Digital Marketing Agency as the Head of Branding. Responsibilities:

As the Head of Branding, you will be responsible for the following:

  • Market Insight: Gather insights from sales and customer service teams, analyse customer behaviour, and leverage market trends to define and refine client's brand positions.
  • Strategic Planning: Craft distinctive and differentiated brand positioning strategies for each brand within the portfolio, ensuring alignment with market research.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate closely with Creative Services to develop and adjust brand guidelines that reflect the essence of each brand.
  • Competitive Analysis: Conduct in-depth research on competitors' brand strategies, using them as a benchmark to devise innovative countermeasures and maintain or expand market share.
  • Relationship Building: Cultivate strong, collaborative relationships with internal and external partners to drive brand success.
  • Performance Analysis: Evaluate the performance of each brand and deliver data-driven reports on brand equity to senior stakeholders.
  • Brand Architecture: Create comprehensive brand architecture, including messaging, logos, campaigns, and creative materials.
  • Campaign Execution: Support the delivery of compelling and profitable brand campaigns across all marketing channels.
  • Integrated Strategy: Contribute to the development of integrated brand strategies tailored to each client.
  • Team Support: Mentor and support all marketing teams in embracing and embodying brand positioning.
  • Brand Values: Ensure that the client's brand values, positioning, and promises are clearly understood and upheld.
  • Influence and Motivation: Possess the ability to inspire, influence, and motivate individuals at all levels within the organisation, fostering an environment that values diverse perspectives.
  • Market Insight: Exhibit a strong desire to delve deep into product knowledge, understand customer needs, and grasp market dynamics using data-driven insights.

 

Requirements:

  • Experience: A minimum of 8 years of demonstrated expertise in a Brand Strategist or similar brand management role.
  • Strategic Portfolio Design: Proven experience in strategic brand portfolio design.
  • Adaptability: Thrive in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment, demonstrating a strong work ethic and motivation.
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Prioritisation: Ability to effectively prioritise tasks and adapt to a dynamic environment.
  • Team Player: A team player who excels in maintaining strong internal and external relationships.
  • Analytics: Proficiency in brand development frameworks, funnel analysis, web analytics, and marketing reporting tools such as Tableau.
