Head of Care- Location : Salisbury
- Position: Head of Care
- Pay : £30,975 per annum
- Hours: 37.5 hours per week
- Contract type: Permanent

Right now, we are looking for a Head of Care to
support our home located in Salisbury.
About you:
We are looking for a passionate
Head of Care with a strong management background in
elderly / dementia care. As the Head of Care you
will support the Home Manager with the daily running of the home. With
excellent communication skills and a passion for outstanding care, you
will be responsible for managing staff performance, rota planning,
internal recruitment and staff training whilst maintaining and
promoting fantastic levels of care for all our residents. The right
candidate will be proactive with a willingness to get stuck in.
Requirements:
- Experience in a leadership position
- Experience working within a care home environment
- Minimum Level 3 Diploma in Health & Social Care or equivalent with willingness to work toward level 4 or 5.
