Are you passionate about Customer Service and Customer Care?


Have you got a wealth of experience leading a sizable Customer Care Team in the D2C space?

Are you passionate about improving processes and have experience in implementing AI?


Then this may be the role for you!


I’m looking for a Head of Customer Service for drinks business disrupting the market in the D2C space!


As the Head of Customer Service you will be working with in a fast paced, customer centric environment, leading a team of 8 people to help deliver the best in class customer service where you go above and beyond the day to day expectations.


You will be responsible for:

  • the current customer service processes
  • and developing a team of experts in the drinks space
  • process within the team and the system
  • a best in class customer experience
  • out the Customer Service offering on the D2C side of the business
  • AI solutions to the offering


The ideal candidate will have the following:

  • experience in a D2C Customer Service/Care role
  • of managing a sizable team
  • previously worked on implementing AI technology
  • improvement experience
  • IT skills
  • To work cross functionally and at varying levels of seniority


This is a hybrid role where you’ll be expected to be in the office 2 times a week. You’ll be joining a business where the colleagues are passionate about the business, product and service they provide.
