Head of Department/Partner Family Solicitor, Salary £90 - £100k + excellent bonuses, doe + great benefits. Hybrid and flex working, City of London.

Top 200 Law Firm offers a fantastic opportunity to a highly competent and experienced solicitor to jointly head up their Family department. The Family practice is exceptionally successful, and they are looking to employ another Partner to add additional strength to managing the team. The role:

Managing a caseload of matters across all aspects of Family transactions including:

• Prenuptial agreements
• Domestic and International surrogacy arrangements
• Pre-Civil Partnership Agreement
• Cohabitation
• Financial Remedy
• Divorce and separation.
• Domestic and international family arrangements
• Child Arrangements
• International Divorce and Child Arrangements
• Domestic abuse
• Types of Non-Court Options for Dispute Resolution

Managing and mentoring the team

Strategic decision making on the direction of the department.

Financial management of billings and targets for the team

Proactive involvement in business development and marketing initiatives.

Requirements

• Qualified Solicitor or similar
• Min 10 yrs PQE with a broad scope of family experience including HNW clients.
• Previous management experience preferable
• Highly developed business acumen
• Ability and passion to lead and mentor.
• Enthusiasm for business growth through networking and marketing initiatives.
