Head of Engineering – SaaS product – up to £110,000 Salary

AI, ML and Series A investment. Not another one of these companies?

No, it’s not.

You’re going to be coming in to lead engineering in a company that have already proved that their product works and works well. With a host of big-name clients, their AI/ML driven tech product has been key in helping various brands automate their online advertising and optimise it for increased ROI.

Series A investment was achieved last year and that was used to build out the product and start to grow the team across tech and sales. The technical team currently sits around ten people, with engineers, data scientists and QA within. You’ll come in to help each member hit their potential, whilst fostering a team focused on collaboration and good quality outcomes.

AI and Machine Learning are built into the product and are of course the main buzz words here, but at its core, it’s a SaaS eCommerce product used by a range of retail companies to improve advertising performance. With the growth over the past 12-18 months, the proof is there that the product works and more and more clients are being signed.

You’ll need to be an experienced engineering leader, with experience in building, running and maintaining systems in a B2B SaaS environment. Technical experience in some or all of the current tools used in the tech stack will also be essential.

Python and TypeScript experience is essential and experience in AWS, Kafka, Node/Next/React, containers, and an IaC mindset using Terraform would be hugely beneficial.

Starting salary will be up to £110,000 plus benefits that are ever improving as the company continues to grow and scale. We can discuss these when we speak.
