Head of Finance - Urgent requirement - Education sector

 

 

My client is in the Education sector, with a lot of involvement in the Charity sector  too. They are based near Hampshire , offering between £40,000 - £50,0000  dependant on experience.

 

 

This role is to manage their overall finances  which includes two reports, helping the CFO and Headteacher to strategize and offer advice for upcoming exciting projects. Although they do need someone who can hit the ground running, one of the most important things for them is the culture fit, as they are looking for someone to match their friendly, and close-knit team.

 

 

They are looking for:

 

• Must have previous experience in a similar senior position  (Finance Manager / Head of Finance etc.)
• Must have Charity or Education industry experience
• Fully qualified  is preferred, OR extensive previous experience  (10+ years)

 

 

This role is up to £50,000 and although most people go in everyday, they could potentially offer remote working if needed. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about what they do and would enjoy being with a company with a great ethos. They have regular social events and team meetings, and really strive themselves on their team culture.
