TheGroup Head of HR will be pivotal in offering extensive guidance on humanresources policies and procedures, handling employee inquiries, and nurturing apositive workplace culture.

 

 

Keyresponsibilities include:

 

  • Develop and execute HR strategies that support business objectives and drive employee engagement.
  • Provide expert guidance on HR policies, procedures, and compliance matters.
  • Manage companies' compensation and benefits.
  • Collaborating closely with senior management to guide employee relations, health, and wellbeing, ensuring adherence to HR policies and procedures.
  • Offering support and advice to managers and employees on HR matters, including conducting and overseeing employee relations cases with care and professionalism.
  • Working alongside central HR functions to conduct talent reviews, develop succession plans, and maintain robust attraction strategies to meet current and future workforce needs.
  • Taking the lead on organising and promoting employee engagement initiatives across different business areas, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Playing a key role in coordinating talent acquisition efforts, including planning, and executing recruitment events, managing partnerships, and overseeing placement programs.
  • Keeping up to date with the latest HR practices, laws, and regulations, and applying this knowledge to ensure compliance and promote best practices within the organisation.
  • Assisting in the rollout and communication of new HR initiatives, policies, and procedures, and participating in projects as required.

 

Whatare we looking for:

 

  • A positive outlook and a genuine enthusiasm for discovering and nurturing talent.
  • Extensive experience in human resources within the hospitality sector, particularly in multi-site hotel environments.
  • A results-oriented approach with a proven track record of achieving goals.
  • Minimum of five years of relevant HR experience, coupled with proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • CIPD Level 5 or 7 qualification
  • Experience working in a family-run business within the hospitality industry is preferred.
