The company

An open-minded, vibrant and highly innovative London-based Investment Manager.

The Role

As the manager of a small team, you would lead and develop the team, articulating with stakeholders and vendors, and would need to be highly technical and hands-on in this role.

You would be working with engineers and managers across all levels at the company. You would be required to understand technology to a deep technical level, communicate with stakeholders, and provide guidance and leadership.

The Responsibilities

• C-Suite Stakeholder and Vendor Management.
• Leading the team in security tasks.
• Getting stuck in with hands-on work, for example, helping automate IAM/JLT processes using Python against an API.

Essential experience

• A track record of delivering complex technology projects with stakeholder interaction
• Proficient in Linux platforms with software development knowledge. Ability to interact with and develop APIs.
• Ability to survey and evaluate the software/hardware landscape for solutions and pick the best-fit solution from various criteria.
• Experience with DevOps methodology and tooling for software development
• Strong Python scripting knowledge.

Desirable experience

• An understanding of financial markets and instruments
• Previous experience working with IAM / IGA tools
• Knowledge of Windows and Active Directory
