• Mentor and develop team members, providing guidance, training, and support to foster a high-performing and motivated leasing team.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with leasing regulations and best practices.

• Proven track record in the real estate industry, with extensive experience in leasing, agency and asset management.
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and lead a team towards achieving leasing targets and objectives.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to establish rapport with clients, tenants, and colleagues.
• Strategic mindset, capable of developing and implementing effective leasing strategies that align with business goals.
• In-depth knowledge of the Birmingham property market and an understanding of local trends and regulations.
