Description

You will be responsible for:

• Setting the strategic direction for the business
• Ensuring calendars and objectives are developed for the brand
• Developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance the company's brand recognition.
• Overseeing all initiatives including digital
• Working closely with other departments to ensure a unified brand message.
• Managing the budget for the marketing department.
• Collaborating with external agencies for creative and media planning
• Working with key stakeholders

Profile

The successful candidate will have:

• Experience in a similar role within the luxury beauty/skincare/fragrance space is essential
• Demonstrable knowledge of trade marketing
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire a team.
• Excellent knowledge of marketing techniques and trends.
• Strong analytical skills
• A creative mindset and strategic thinking abilities.

Job Offer

A salary of up to 95,000 is on offer for the successful candidate
