We are seeking someone with a strong Operational Risk background (from either 1st or 2nd line) who also has a good understanding of Procurement and Third Party risk.

  • Lead an annual review, challenge, and oversight program related to the Group’s resilience capabilities.
  • Partner with Third Party Risk Management teams to ensure the quality of their work aligns with company and regulatory standards.
  • Engage with key stakeholders in procurement and provide risk oversight to their practices.

Qualifications

What we’re looking for:

  • A risk management or auditing/internal auditing qualification.
  • Strong understanding of operational resilience, procurement, and Third Party Supplier risk management.
  • Solid grasp of control design in IT and digital systems.
  • Experience in incident management, crisis, and recovery during significant events and major operational outages.
  • Development and testing of large-scale business recovery plans.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to build long-term relationships.
