• A proven experience in managing and developing payment network relationships, including card networks, alternative payment methods, and acquiring partners.
• A deep understanding of the payments ecosystem, regulations, and trends.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to build, motivate, and inspire a high-performing team.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• A strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
