Full Job Description

Alexander Lloyd are delighted to be partnering with an insurance organisation, on the recruitment of a Head of Reward.


As Head of Reward, you will play a key role in leading the global People function through a transformation of this organisations compensation and rewards frameworks, policies and procedures.


It is essential that you have experience of working in Insurance – please see duties below:

  • Lead the design and implementation of reward related policies and procedures to ensure alignment with business strategy
  • Lead the design and project manage the delivery of the annual pay review and bonus processes that align to performance
  • Evaluate and review current compensation, reward and benefits
  • Discovery, due diligence and analysis of relevant market compensation data, summarising for HR leads, Group Heads and C-Suite
  • Support all internal audit or compliance-led reviews on remuneration-related matters globally.
  • Support with remuneration regulatory rules mapping, by tracking and maintaining relevant rules gap analysis for the global business, prepare remuneration-related regulatory reports and filings.
  • Manage annual Gender Pay reporting and the creation of the narrative in support of this to ensure the organisation meets relevant regulatory reporting requirements
  • Support HR, recruitment and/or executive appointments with incentive planning, remuneration benchmarking and job gradings globally


This is a Hybrid role, with 3 days in the office (London) and 2 days at home.


The salary on offer is £110,000 - £140,000 (DOE).
