The Company
This exciting
opportunity is with a specialist property consultancy that operate
nationally on residential projects, rental property adaptation and new
builds delivering projects that have lifelong impact on their
customers.
They have quickly become one of the market leaders
in their field, but recognise a substantial opportunity for growth. As
such, they are seeking to appoint a Head of Sales & Marketing to
enable them to deliver on their plans.
The Role
In this role you will:
- Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth
- Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve company goals
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
- Develop and lead a team of sales and marketing professionals
- Coordinate across all departments to ensure that insight, thought leadership, BD and marketing campaigns are correctly targeted, driven, measured and deliver a return on investment
- Proactively manage the marketing budget and all associated costs
The
Candidate
You will be an ambitious, dynamic, motivated
and creative Head of Marketing, that will join the Senior Management
team and use your expertise to expand the scale and reach of this
company, leveraging their excellent reputation as a trusted industry
expert.
This is an exciting opportunity in which you will be
empowered, with full autonomy and accountability, whilst working with
a collaborative Senior Leadership Team.
