Hybrid - Manchester 

A leading distributor of electronic components is looking to add to their UK Team. This is a full-time role with a competitive salary of up to £60k base, commission and car allowance and is hybrid with up to 2/3 days working in their office in Manchester and the rest working from home.

As the Head of Semiconductors, you will be responsible for achieving sales targets, ensuring a high level of support for the sales department and management of employees.

Key Responsibilities:

• Achievement of sales targets
• Compliance with the cost centre budget
• Realization of the planned contribution margins
• Ensuring a high level of support for the sales department
• Setting guidelines for sales pricing
• Management of employees according to the companies self-image
• Development and implementation of a marketing strategy according to the supplier and product strategy from Corporate.
• Conducting contract negotiations
• Conducting supplier visits in local countries and abroad

Requirements:

• Experience within the Electronic Component Distribution Industry
• Ability to travel both nationally and internationally where necessary
