The successful candidate will be overseeing and managing the supply chain team member through the entire purchase order process cycle, with a focus on accuracy and timeliness.

Job Overview:
- End-to-end PO Processing
- Weekly inventory forecast updates and meetings.
- Batch reconciliations for recalls and quarantine processes.
- Managing communication and coordination with stakeholders
- Managing controlled drugs licensing and reporting
To be successful:
- IT proficient, especially with Microsoft products such as Excel.
- Prior experience in pharmaceutical supply chain management and import processes.
- Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure.
- Effective communicator, both verbally and written
