The successful candidate will be overseeing and managing the supply chain team member through the entire purchase order process cycle, with a focus on accuracy and timeliness.

Job Overview:

• End-to-end PO Processing
• Weekly inventory forecast updates and meetings.
• Batch reconciliations for recalls and quarantine processes.
• Managing communication and coordination with stakeholders
• Managing controlled drugs licensing and reporting

To be successful:

• IT proficient, especially with Microsoft products such as Excel.
• Prior experience in pharmaceutical supply chain management and import processes.
• Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure.
• Effective communicator, both verbally and written
