Workforce Personnel are recruiting experienced Healthcare
Assistants and Support Workers to join our brilliant team to support
various local residential care homes, supported living units, nursing
homes and day centres with in the Luton, Dunstableand
Bedfordareas.
The main duties will include: -
- Supporting
vulnerable people with a range of needs, including learning
disabilities, mental health and elderly people.
- Social, emotional
and physical support to all clients
- Manual handling and personal
care.
- Assisting with activities
- Supporting Independent
living
You must have: -
- 6 months experience
minimum working in a care setting
- A caring and
empathetic nature
- Sensitivity towards the needs of vulnerable
people
- Reliable working ethics
- Good writing skills
- A
good communicator
- An active team player
- Be able to follow
instructions
- Be able to work flexible working patterns and
available at short notice
- Be able to undertake an
Enhanced DBS check
- Be able to provide
suitable referencing
- The willingness to conduct the mandatory
training
