As a key member of the Chronic Care Marketing team, you'll have the chance to contribute to our strategic growth drivers and play a vital role in elevating Coloplast's presence in healthcare professional education.

Role Overview

In this role, you will have the opportunity to shape, plan, and deliver a program of omni-channel education, supporting the strategic growth drivers of the Chronic portfolio in the UK. The role will include national travel.

• Curriculum Development: Customise educational content for healthcare professionals, utilizing various channels.
• Faculty Engagement: Build strong relationships with existing clinical faculty and identify new contributors for Coloplast Professional Education.
• Strategic Support: Provide essential support to the wider Coloplast Professional and Medical Marketing team, contributing to strategic planning.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams to drive planning cycles and ensure the Coloplast Professional website features relevant content.
• Local Support: Assist sales teams with local education events in alignment with business priorities.
• External Partnerships: Form strategic partnerships with external bodies to endorse curriculum and establish KPIs/metrics.
• Global Collaboration: Contribute to annual business planning and work closely with the Global Education Team for relevant UK market content.

Who are we looking for?

If you have proven experience in adult education, preferably within the healthcare segment, along with project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills, we want to hear from you! A Diploma or Degree in Healthcare, Health Sciences, or Marketing with equivalent therapy area experience is desirable.

Experience within Bladder and Bowel Management, as well as success in HCP education and/or events management in Continence Care with a healthcare professional focus, would set you apart.
