Helpdesk Administrator

Full Job Description

We are looking to recruit a full time Helpdesk Services administrator fora busy maintenance company based in langrish, just outside of petersfield.

You will be based full timeat their head office, the office is a little difficult to get to using public transport, so ideally you would need your own transport, there is plenty of free parking.

Job hours are 8.30 am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday with one hour lunch break.

You will be reporting to their Customer Services Manager and operationsManager.

The role will involve taking incoming calls, logging details and prioritising work schedules.

Raising job cards and booking in, taking calls from outside service Technicians and updating jobinformation.

You will be assisting to manage the work load of the team of service maintenance and Repair tradesmen.

Possibly taking responsibility for a portfolio of customers in the future.

Dealing with customer enquiries and their service maintenance and repair work. .

Updating customers and agents with the progress of jobs.

Maintaining the companydatabase and dealing with all admin with the department / and dealing Technicians worksheets and schedules.

Skills required :

Some experienced in handling telephone calls and dealing with customers, suppliers, external contractors and engineers / technicians but this isnt essential, the company is offering a full training and see the role as a trainee role to, but this woukld be reflected in the salery.

An organised approach to prioritising work and technicians and for remembering and recording details of jobs/conversations etc. on our database.

Computer literate (database, Word, Excel, e mail)

Numerate.

Good knowledge of the local area would be an advantage.

Experience of working in a role were you have been managing, planning, scheduling engineers or contractors or tradesman would be an advantage.

Remuneration/benefits :

Salary commensurate with experience.

Starting holiday allowance is 23 days plus bank holidays.

On site car parking. Car ownership is essential if your are not local to langrish
