Overview
Compass Associates are proud to be working with a
renowned private complex care provider who offer a range of provisions
providing care for the elderly, adults with learning and physical
disabilities in addition to mental health and neurological conditions.
Together, we are seeking a Hospital Director to oversee an established
Hospital which provides mental health rehabilitation for male adults.
The Hospital is well ran, with both occupancy and staffing at high
levels providing the perfect platform for an established manager to
build on.
The Candidate
The successful candidate will
offer a proven record of leading similar natured services or working
as a deputy manager assisting the Hospital Director and acting up
during absences. A sound mental health knowledge is required in
additional to good operational and commercial acumen. A nursing or
therapy qualification is desirable but not essential.
Location
The hospital is located in the Midlands.
Criteria
-
Healthcare Registration (therapy or nursing) Desirable
- Extensive
management experience, particularly within a similar environment
(Mental Health Rehabilitation)
- Proven organisational and
delegation skills
- Excellent understanding of the CQC standards
- Commercial awareness and comfortale with budgets
Interview Process
This will be a two stage process via
teams consisting of meeting and presentation with the Managing
Director followed by a second meeting with the MD, HR Director.
Salary and Benefits
75-80k per annum (depending on
experience) + KPI related bonus which can be earned annually and
company benefits
