Hospitality Assistant

We are currently recruiting a Hospitality Assistant to be a part of our integral team at University of London, Senate House, London WC1E 7HU.

⦁    Hourly rate of £11.95
⦁    Zero hour contract – Various shifts per week
⦁ Shifts ranging between 0700-2300.
⦁    Temporary role with no set end date

⦁    Service of food and/or beverages to customers to the standards set by Aramark.  
⦁    Cleaning duties associated with service and related equipment and/or furniture. 
⦁    Preparation of service area and/or service points. 
⦁   Operational delivery
⦁    Working occasional events in the evening doing a dinner service and working with VIP’s
⦁    Ensure all food hygiene regulations are adhered to.
⦁    Correct storage of food items and equipment after service.  
⦁    Maintain personal hygiene, appearance, and uniform to company regulations at all times.
⦁    To present an image at all times conducive to good customer relations.  
⦁    Comply and assist in the promotion and implementation of the company’s health and safety policy.  
⦁   Comply and assist in the promotion and implementation of the company’s equal opportunity policy.

• A DBS check will be required to complete the application process
• Previous experience in hospitality and customer service is essential
