THE LIFE OF A HOTEL DUTY MANAGER AT THE CROWN HOTEL HARROGATE
What you'll be doing...
As Hotel Duty Manager you will be responsible for the smooth running of the hotel during your shift. This will involve dealing with issues as and when they arise, assisting departments when required, ensuring standards are maintained and handling customer complaints.
