Located in the west end of Aberdeen, with 21 bedrooms, including executive rooms and suites. The hotel offers 7 meeting rooms, bar/restaurant, 4 private dining rooms and a fully equipped sports centre. They are currently looking for an experienced Hotel General Manager to join the business and lead them to continued success through growth in revenue.
As Hotel General Manager you will be responsible for the management and development of the hotel staff.
You will need to drive revenue and growth through careful planning and constant market and competitor analysis. A good solid working knowledge of revenue management is essential.
You will be an ambassador for the guest journey, ensuring brand values and service behaviours are delivered consistently in a professional and friendly environment.
Your role will also include managing multiple stakeholders; therefore, experience working closely with owners or in a 3rd party management model will be highly advantageous for this role.
