We are looking for 2 Housing Allocation Officers to join one of our clients in the West Midlands on a minimum 3 month contract.

Job description:

This is a generic Housing Allocations Officer position for the shortlisting and allocation of Council properties and nominations to Registered Providers (housing associations).

The main responsibilities include:

- Shortlisting applicants on the Housing Waiting List

- Completing suitability assessments for offers of accommodation

- Completing nominations for Registered Provider nominations

Experience:

- Must already have one years experience in Allocations at Councils

- Must have some experience

- The system used here is Open Housing.
