Full Job Description

Working on behalf of a local authority, JO Recruitment are looking for 6 Housing Options Advisors. Initially until the end of June 24 with the possibility for extensions. These are full time positions,Monday to Friday 37 hours paying24.62 per hour PAYE which is equivalent to 47,369 salary or 32 per hour through an umbrella.

There are 2 teams to apply for; so please indicate your preference on your application out of the 2 teams below:

x3 Housing Options Advisors - Making decisions in line with Part VII of the Housing Act following the end of the Relief period. They will make main duty decisions under s193 or intentionally homeless decisions. This may involved face to face interviews. Location wise will be WFH with occasional need to visit office for interviews - Standard DBS required.

x3 Housing Options Advisors - Working on new cases in approach to triage them and complete relevant homelessness enquires to determine if a duty is owed. This involves gathering information and interviewing homeless approaches. Location wise will be hybrid working - 3 days WFH, 2 days in the Kettering Office - Enhanced DBS required
