We are recruiting an HR Coordinator for a leading global security company with offices in London, South Africa, USA and Hong Kong. They require an experienced, confident and self-sufficient HR Generalist who can hit the ground running to join them for a minimum of 3 months FTC. They require someone with a strong knowledge of HR practices and procedures, ideally within a Global SME. They ideally require someone to start immediately.
You will be working closely with the Senior HR Manager, supporting them across all areas of the business including Recruitment to support them with their rapid expansion plans. Other responsibilities will include employee relations and compliance.
The ideal candidate will be a great problem solver with the ability to work autonomously as well with their global teams. You will possess excellent attention to detail, a calm and professional manner with the ability to juggle multiple responsibilities and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment with ever-changing priorities. You will be tech savvy with a strong knowledge of Office 365.
Some key responsibilities will include:
- Maintain and update HR and benefits system with any changes.
- Update current HR policies in line with current HR practice.
- Support the entire recruitment process including onboarding and off-boarding.
- Support the company’s L&D programme administration.
- Support the company’s Rewards and Benefits programmes.
- Payroll support and raising PO’s and processing invoices
- Ad-hoc minute taking in HR meetings.
- Create and maintain employee records via HRIS People HR.
- Ad-hoc employee data reporting.
This is a minimum 3 month FTC based in City of London with hybrid working (1-2 days in the office). The standard office hours 8.30am to 5.30pm.
