HR Business Partner Position

Vickerstock is delighted to be working with a highly accredited, award-winning and multi-site construction organisation that prides itself in providing the highest quality of service to its diverse profile of high-profile clients across the UK and Ireland in the recruitment in the newly created role of a HR Business Partner.

This is a fantastic opportunity to act as a People Champion whilst providing critical HR Generalist and Strategic Support to all the organisation's employees. As a result, you will receive a fantastic benefits package and have the opportunity to travel (expenses covered) to the company’s headquarters.


What will you do as a HR Business Partner?

As the HR Business Partner, you will become the HR People Champion across the company’s offices in Northern Ireland and UK, providing HR Generalist and Strategic Support to all employees. Duties include;

• Devising, implementing and conducting training and development programmes

• Acting as an advisory point of contact for all employee relations issues- leading investigations for all disciplinaries and grievances.

• Managing full 360 end to end recruitment process- creating job descriptions, job posting, shortlisting, conducting interviews, delivering feedback and issuing job offers

• Liaising with the company’s sister organisations to ensure that the existing employee handbook is update to with current legislation.

• Assisting in the development of all HR Strategies and Policies in the organisation

• Addressing all other HR queries as required

What will you require as the HR Business Partner?

• Experience as a HR Generalist at HR Business Partner Level

• Skilled in employee relations, recruitment and devising training programs

• Proficient in revising HR Policies and Procedures

• Obtained a CIPD Qualification or HR Degree
