This fast-growing, entrepreneurial and award-winning law firm are looking to appoint a senior HR Business Partner to look after a high performing client group and manage a small team. This is an exciting time to get on board and will offer the chance to flex your creative muscles and get fully involved in a number of exciting projects that are planned for this year as well as undertake a true business partnering role.

The role is particularly exciting as you will also be required to use your coaching and mentoring skills to develop your client group, as well as work with the Senior Leadership team to performance manage. They are hoping to find someone with the following qualities:

• HR Business Partner with a passion for putting people first and an understanding of the challenges faced in a Partnership environment.
• Professional and high energy.
• The ability to operate at a senior level and make suggestions and recommendations to improve business function.
