A specialist London law firm has an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR Business Partner to join them for a 12 month fixed term contract.
Main duties and responsibilities will include:
- Working closely with other HR Business Partners in relation to all HR matters for fee earning employees.
- Proactively develop effective working relationships with partners, heads of business services and line managers across the firm providing them with professional commercial HR advice, guidance, coaching and support on all employee issues.
- Develop, implement and maintain HR policies, procedures and systems.
- Leading and developing projects to support HR and wider firm strategies.
The successful applicant will have gained the following key experience:
- Minimum of 5 years HR experience, ideally gained within the legal sector.
- Proven relationship management skills.
- Ability to build and maintain excellent relationships internally and externally.
- Has the personal impact and creditability to influence key decision makers.
