European HR Business Partner – must speak German – London – c. £80,000 plus package

Tucker Stone is excited to be partnering with a global sales business with private equity backing to hire an experienced HR Business Partner to support their European business. Reporting to the SVP, HR, the HR Business Partner will partner with business leaders across the UK & Germany to provide both hands-on and strategic HR expertise in areas including employee relations, performance management, employee engagement as well as leading on various HR projects.

The role requires an experienced HR Business Partner who can challenge the business to elevate their performance, building creative solutions and driving talent management initiatives. Suitable candidates will have previous experience working in a fast-paced sales environment and will have experience supporting a business across Europe. You will have strong knowledge of both UK and German employment laws and will speak both German and English.
