This is a 12 month FTC maternity cover role start date 1st July 2024


About the Role:

This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate individual to join a global People function. Key Responsibilities:

  • with key stakeholders across the market and functions, to provide strategic support, guidance, advice. Supporting leaders and managers in both their day to day as well as through a period of transformation and change.
  • the setup and implementation of new processes including performance, pay review and learning initiatives, working with department heads to understand business needs
  • with the business on Employee Relations related cases, providing everything from case management support to providing creative solutions.
  • the administration steps to ensure our People Admin is supported to deliver a high quality of service to our internal clients
  • annual events such salary reviews, performance management and succession planning
  • with our finance business partners to ensure headcount and salaries are aligned with our budgets
  • accurate employee data is stored on Workday information stored on the intranet is kept up to date and maintained to a high standard
  • conjunction with department heads and their management teams create action plans following the results of the engagement surveys
  • all policies and procedures are updated to reflect changes in employment legislation
  • alongside others to coordinate and implement Wellness activities and strategies across the year
  • towards ideation, management and overseeing of various ad-hoc projects

What you will bring to the role:

  • will have 3+ years relevant experience with proven experience of building positive relationships with stakeholders at all levels
  • will have excellent communication, interpersonal and influencing skills
  • will be proactive and understand the importance of prioritising
  • ability to ensure accuracy, with good attention to detail at all times is a must
  • to undertake a diverse range of tasks at the same time, multitasking will be one of your key strengths.
  • organisational skills and an aptitude for forward planning, with an ability to prioritise
  • problem solving skills, apply logical and creative thinking
  • work independently or as part of a team, changing gears when required
  • to provide ad-hoc support to all team members, as and when necessary
  • self-motivated, focused and dedicated
  • to exercise sound judgment, maintain confidentiality in all aspects of the role at all times
  • attitude and energy, professionalism and excellent work ethic
