Full Job Description
We are currently working in partnership with a leading education provider based in north west London, who is currently recruiting for a HR Business Partner on a six-month fixed-term contract . The position is due to start a with the salary ranging from £49,617 to £57,038 per annum .
The ideal candidate will be a strong HR generalist with extensive employee relation casework experience.
Duties will include (but are not limited to:)
- Acting as HR Business Partner as well as lead for providing professional advice to designated managers, providing specific advice, expertise and solutions on employee relations issues such as leading in discussions, consultations and negotiations
- Developing potential options to resolve cases, ranging from negotiated settlements, new management practices, to performance monitoring, early retirement and dismissal
- Working with Senior Managers to ensure their business plans are aligned with the HR strategy and the wider Strategic Plan
- Assisting with the continuous improvement of our HR policies, procedures and guidelines, including undertaking consultation and negotiation with managers, staff and our unions as necessary
- Managing, coaching, and mentoring HR Advisors, working collegiately with all other HR and university colleagues
Experience required:
