Job Title: HR Business Partner

Salary: £50,000

Location: London, UK

Reporting to: Director of Human Resources

About the Role

As an HR Business Partner, you will be a strategic partner to both business leaders and employees, providing expert advice and support across the full spectrum of HR functions. You will collaborate closely with department heads to understand their needs and objectives and develop and implement HR initiatives that align with the overall business strategy. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR professional who is passionate about building a high-performance culture and driving organisational success.


Key Responsibilities:

  • with business leaders to understand their objectives and provide strategic HR guidance and support.
  • as a trusted advisor to employees, providing guidance on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • employee relations initiatives, including performance management, disciplinary actions, and grievance resolution.
  • with the recruitment team to support talent acquisition efforts, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new hires.
  • and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
  • employee engagement initiatives, including employee surveys, feedback sessions, and recognition programs.
  • HR metrics and trends to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance employee satisfaction and retention.
  • and/or support HR projects and initiatives as assigned by the leadership team.


About You

  • degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • qualification or equivalent HR certification preferred.
  • experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role, preferably in the technology sector.
  • knowledge of UK employment laws and regulations.
  • interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • ability to think strategically and develop and implement HR initiatives that drive business results.
  • leading employee relations initiatives, including performance management and disciplinary actions.
  • to work independently and handle confidential information with discretion.
  • analytical skills, with the ability to interpret HR metrics and trends and make data-driven recommendations.
