A major Hedge Fund are looking to make a newly created HR Business Partner level hire.
The HRBP will take ownership of ‘Learning & Development’ for the firm globally, with full autonomy to direct the firm / senior management across major new initiatives that you will implement.
The remit extends to being heavily involved in broader HR generalist tasks such as Reward, Performance Management, HR reporting, branding etc.
Candidates should have 5-10yrs HR experience, ideally in financial services. Candidates must have proven skills running L&D programmes. My client will looking for good academics, qualifications and excellent tech skills.
The role will offer the successful candidates an attractive uplift on base salary and a large % of this number as a bonus for a high performer. A top pension & healthcare package is included + fully subsidised breakfast and lunch daily.
