Joining this successful SME at a time of transformation and growth, as Senior HR Advisor / HR Manager you will advise and guide on all operational and strategic people elements. Managing a small team, you will provide support across Performance Management, Employee Relations, Reward, Learning and Development and Resourcing.

CIPD qualified, or equivalent with experience of working within an operational organisation, you will have experience of building strong senior stakeholder relations, and have a strong commercial approach.
