Full Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic individual to join my clients team in a hybrid Business Analyst / Project Manager role which will focused on an exciting GenAI projects. In this hybrid role, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between our technical teams and stakeholders, ensuring the successful delivery of GenAI initiatives from inception to implementation.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of GenAI projects, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and objectives.
  • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones, and effectively manage project resources to meet deliverables on time and within budget.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate project risks and issues, and implement corrective actions as necessary to ensure project success.
  • Requirements Gathering and Analysis: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyse business requirements for a GenAI project, translating user needs into actionable project plans and deliverables.
  • Conduct thorough business process analysis to identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization, leveraging GenAI solutions.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders involved in GenAI projects, including internal teams, clients, and external partners.
  • Facilitate regular communication and collaboration between stakeholders to ensure alignment on project objectives, priorities, and timelines.
  • Utilise data analytics tools and techniques to extract insights from data, informing decision-making and driving continuous improvement of GenAI solutions.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive testing plans and strategies to ensure the quality and reliability of GenAI products and solutions.
  • Conduct thorough testing and validation of GenAI algorithms, workflows, and applications, documenting findings and coordinating resolution of any issues identified.


Candidate required experience:


  • Proven experience in project management and business analysis, with a focus on technology-driven initiatives. At least 4 years of commercial experience.
  • Familiarity with artificial intelligence concepts
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum) and tools (e.g., Jira, Trello), as well as business analysis techniques (e.g., process modelling, requirements elicitation).
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with a demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive consensus among diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
