Carbon60 are proud to be partnering with Lufthansa Technik Landing
Gear Services to recruit for Hydraulics Preparator. Lufthansa Technik
are a global leading provider of maintenance, repair, and overhaul
services for the civil aviation industry.
This Hydraulics
Preparator position is on a permanent basis and has become available
due to continued growth and expansion. In this role, you will be
responsible for assisting the Hydraulics team by cleaning and
identifying Hydraulic assemblies and components, pipes and hoses and
creating paperwork.
Role Responsibilities will include:
- To perform initial identification of Hydraulic assemblies & components, pipes & hoses and preparing them ready for disposition.
- To clean incoming Hydraulic assemblies & components, pipes & hoses.
- Disassembly of small parts and local paint removal of parts after disassembly
- Creating preliminary paperwork on SAP for Hydraulic assemblies & components.
- Assisting with improvements and changes to company documents and leasing with Internal customers to ensure changes/improvements are completed.
- Assisting and working with the disposition team to meet deadlines and work effectively.
Skills and
Experience required:
- Experience within an Aerospace Engineering or equivalent Environment preferred but not essential
- Previous knowledge and experience of having worked with Hydraulics components preferred but not essential.
- Previous knowledge of Boeing manuals preferred but not essential.

Day shift Monday to Friday.
