Hygiene Operative

Full Job Description

Our client, a meat supplier & wholesaler, are looking for a Hygiene Operative on an on-going temporary basis.

The role will be a 36.5 working hour week - Monday-Friday. The role is based in Inverurie.

£12.70 per hour.

Responsibilites:

• Maintain the highest quality hygiene standards
• Ensure good housekeeping practice within the work area
• Ensure all personal equipment and machinery is kept in good and safe

• On a daily basis, use a power washer
• On a daily basis, operation of a tray washer
• On a daily basis, use of automated floor scrubber
• Moving, lifting and stacking product where required

Experience

• Previous experience within a hygiene role would be an advantage

Skills and Competencies

• Ability to work within a team
• Flexible in approach and willingness to carry out reasonable requests
• Able to work under pressure and to high standards
