ICT Supplier Support Manager

Job type: Permanent / Full Time

Hours: 40 hours (including 5 hours paid lunch breaks)

Salary: £43,451- £46,883 per annum (depending on qualifications held)

Location: Edmund House, Birmingham (with only occasional travel to Nacro or partner sites.)

Who are we looking for:

The role of the ICT Supplier Support Manager is to assist a small internal ICT team with the delivery and management of key supplier relationships for material ICT Contracts and Service Level Agreements (SLA’s) to enable good services to be provided to Nacro ICT users.

The post holder will take a lead role in managing ICT supplier performance and to continually improve the support that is available to Nacro ICT stakeholders.

Essential requirement for the role:

Good written and verbal business skills.

Experience working with ICT suppliers in an outsourced environment.

Ability to prioritise, deliver to agreed deadlines and manage expectations.

Conversant with ICT Service Desk ticketing software. 

Appreciation of project management methodologies.

Working knowledge of service delivery frameworks, with reference to supplier management and change control.

Ability to triage and monitor issues through to completion.

Understanding of ICT related data legislation.

Knowledge of quality management and improvement approaches. 

Evidence of successful improvement of complex processes.

Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:  

·       Leading supplier meetings and reviews to enable Nacro to monitor performance of suppliers and adherence to SLAs.

·   Managing supplier related issues and escalations on behalf of the ICT team and internal customers.

·       Take a lead role in building and maintaining relationships with individual suppliers.

·       Provide a single point of contact for supplier-related communications.

·       Define new requirements pertaining to suppliers and work with ICT management team to develop appropriate contracting terms of Nacro.
