Full Job Description

The successful candidate will be working as part of the Quality Team to ensure the correct management and return of stock. The role involves a lot of interaction with road crews and warehouse staff, therefore effective communication is essential. 

There will be some warehouse duties required when we are accepting stock back into the warehouse as well as quality checking orders before we despatch them to the customers.

What will you be doing as a Quality Administrator?

  • Working in a team environment in a safe manner
  • Adhering to site Health & Safety regulations 
  • Adhering to site Safe Systems of Work
  • Quality checking all stock, so it arrives with our customers in perfect condition 
  • Labelling items accurately to ensure they are held with in the right location in the warehouse
  • Checking stock upon return to warehouse
  • Running daily reports systematically to track our stock 
  • Answering phone calls when road crews call in with stock related issues 
  • Debriefing of stock at the end of day

Relevant skills and experience as a Quality Administrator:

  • PC literate with good knowledge of Excel
  • Ability to read and understand instructions
  • Confident working as part of a team 
  • Self-motivated to work as an individual when required
  • Ability to work in fast paced environment
