An exciting opportunity has arisen within our Technology Services team for an energetic and enthusiastic IT Analyst to join our fast and dynamic team as part of the Technology Operations department.
Reporting to the Technology Services and Infrastructure manager you will be working with the IT Procurement team, to provide resolution of requests for colleagues and engage with suppliers.
The
role is customer-focused and requires confidence in communicating
whilst resolving everyday technology challenges. This an entry-level
position for someone with excellent customer service skills, who’s
passionate about IT and looking to gain experience in IT Purchasing
and procurement functions whilst also learning IT support.
- Respond to purchasing requests and queries, raising requisitions and purchase orders.
- Manage software licensing, cost recharge and usage reports
- Support the ServiceDesk (IT Hub) in providing resolution and escalation of technical support queries.
- Excellent Customer Service skills
- Knowledge of everyday technologies - Email, Internet, Wi-Fi
- Some knowledge of using Windows or Apple Macs would be an advantage
