ROLE OVERVIEW
IT Analyst for LKQ Euro Car Parts is responsible for maintaining our high standards, working as a member of a highly effective and efficient team and maximising customer focused excellence at every opportunity.
Working as part of the branch team and reporting to the Driver Controller, this role will be focused on ensuring our delivery of our customer promise – every single time. Our team of delivery drivers are a fundamental part in helping us develop and drive high branch performance and operational standards which link to the organisation’s strategy and plan.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
PEOPLE
■  Working as part a highly effective fleet team to deliver a customer first culture
■  Providing a safe working environment for all team members and visitors
■  Participating in a structured daily briefing to ensuring key objectives and measures are
fully understood
■  Acting as a key member of the LKQ Euro Car Parts team by actively demonstrating the standards, behaviours and values to drive the 1 LKQ Europe programme.
OPERATIONS
■  Ensuring the branch is operationally efficient, and correct controls and measures are in place to support a customer first experience
■  Working as a member of the Fleet team with a customer first attitude
■  Ensuring colleagues are focused to deliver a safety-first culture at all times
■  Improving returns, credits and warranty processes enhancing customer experience and creating frictionless processes
■  Delivering a customer first service through the management of pick to manifest times and achieving all service level agreements
■  Understanding, how as a Delivery Driver, the role is key in delivering a safety-first culture through driver score management
■  Ensuring company vehicles are roadworthy, legal and are utilised daily to support
customer first culture
■  Utilising ePOD, ensuring the ePOD device assigned to the role is working effectively, returned to branch each day and ready for the next day’s trading
■  Carrying out daily, weekly and monthly checks to ensure the assigned vehicle is reporting data via RAC/Lytex portals correctly and all vehicle dashcams are fully functional.
GOVERNANCE
■  Ensuring the branch delivers a safety-first culture through Health & Safety compliance
■  Ensuring all relevant E-Learning modules are completed on time to raise awareness and promote a safe working culture
■  Supporting the department to ensure it is complaint with financial audits
■  Utilising technology to execute comprehensive fleet checks and delivering a zero-accident mentality whilst delivering a safety-first culture for all employees and members of the public
■  Ensuring the driver handbook and company vehicle policy is adhered to at all times.
CUSTOMER
Having a customer focused mindset to ensure the customer is at the heart of everything
■  Ensuring a best-in-class service is delivered at all times to cement customer excellence
■  Minimising customer effort – creating frictionless processes.
FINANCIAL
■  Understanding the impact of fleet accidents to deliver continuous improvement on the branch profit and loss (P&L)
■  Ensuring the service and maintenance plans are adhered to.
GROWTH
■  Supporting the branch, ensuring it is set up for growth through best-in-class customer service and exceptional service level agreements (SLAs)
■  Utilising relevant business data to understand the opportunities across all fleet KPIs
■  Ensuring continuous development of the role to support the branch and deliver a multi-skilled team.
