Job Title: Senior IT/Fintech Recruitment Manager

Location: Bournemouth, UK

Salary: 50,000 to 60,000 basic, plus share scheme and uncapped OTE of 90,000

Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior IT/Fintech Recruitment Manager to lead our recruitment team. As a key member of our agency, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth, developing new client relationships, and leading a team of recruiters to success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of recruiters, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to drive performance and achieve targets.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships within the IT and Fintech sectors, understanding their hiring needs and delivering tailored recruitment solutions.
  • Source, attract, and engage top-tier IT and Fintech talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
  • Conduct thorough candidate assessments, including interviews, technical evaluations, and reference checks, to ensure the highest quality placements.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial client engagement to candidate onboarding, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for all parties.
  • Drive business development initiatives, including identifying and pursuing opportunities with new clients to expand our client base.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including senior management and other teams, to align recruitment strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and emerging technologies to remain competitive and enhance our recruitment offering.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT recruitment, with a proven track record of success in sourcing and placing candidates within the tech sector.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and empower a team to achieve targets and exceed expectations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and foster relationships with clients, candidates, and colleagues.
  • Results-driven mindset, with a passion for driving business growth and delivering exceptional recruitment solutions.
  • Strategic thinker, with the ability to develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to meet the evolving needs of clients and candidates.
  • Proactive and self-motivated, with a keen sense of initiative and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred, but not required.
