Are you an experienced Senior IT Manager ?

Do you have a strong IT Infrastructure background including telephony solutions ?

Have you completed cloud migrations ?

This is a great opportunity to join this really interesting global company, based from their Glasgow office.

You will have:

• IT Infrastructure & Telephony experience
• Networking and server management – including migrating in house solutions to data centres and cloud
• People Management
• Supplier/Vendor management.
• Stakeholder Relationship
• Client Relationships
• Budget management
• Understands effective IT performance and how it contributes to over all business effectiveness.
• Strong Communication skills – needs to be authoritative and a leader

Advantageous experience:

• Contact centre or BPO experience
