The Role:

The IT Manager within Technimove is a hands-on role and is directly responsible for the smooth running of all internal infrastructure, operating systems and commercial off the shelf (COTS) applications, providing an internal and externally facing support desk, and managing internal improvement projects and remediation activities to their successful conclusion.


The IT Manager will develop and manage processes to ITIL standards ensuring a professional approach to all incidents, changes, and service requests. Be a focal point for the team completing peer reviews regularly and ensuring very high standards across the team. Must be eligible for Security Clearance and adhere to Technimove policies and GDPR Best practices.


Skills and Experience:


Essential:

  • Microsoft Azure Administrator Associate.
  • Microsoft 365 Certified: Messaging Administrator Associate
  • NSE4 or greater.
  • v4 Foundation.
  • L5 (Training will be provided).


Desirable:

  • Ideally managed or coached and trained a Service Desk Analyst

One or more of:

  • Azure Network Engineer Associate.
  • Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate
  • Microsoft 365 Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate
  • Microsoft 365 Certified: Teams Administrator Associate
  • Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator Expert
  • Microsoft Certified: information Protection and Compliance Administrator Associate
  • Sigma Yellow Belt.
  • v4 Practice Manager: - Monitor Support, and Fulfil, Implement, and Control, Collaborate, Assure, and Improve.


Salary:

Up to £46,000 dependant on experience
