KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage relationships with partners and services to ensure seamless operation and performance of all systems.
  • Oversee the management platform by monitoring and optimising system performance and making informed decisions regarding infrastructure improvements.
  • Manage the telephony system, including the VoIP system (Apollo), to ensure efficient communication channels for the business.
  • Collaborate with engineers and suppliers to implement and improve current or new infrastructure.
  • Assist with the implementation of a data warehouse.
  • Manage and grow a team of IT professionals, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

  • Proven 3-5 years of experience in IT management, preferably within the financial services sector.
  • Strong understanding of infrastructure management and supplier relationships.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Power BI and SQL.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage and grow a team effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to IT management.
