The Role:

You will be a hands-on leader of a team of four successful recruitment consultants. You will set up targets and deadlines but you also mentor and support each member of the team, in group and individually. You will be responsible for the growth of your team and you will be looking to bring new additions. You will make sure the company’s standards are met and you will bring suggestions and new ideas to the board. You will focus on the European contract markets on technologies such as SAP, Big Data, CyberSecurity, Cloud however you have the freedom to work on different IT verticals and regions:

Develop strategies for new business opportunities

Being a pivotal part of the strategic growth of the business

Lead and drive your team

Oversee the work with existing clients to maximise business opportunities

Link international business on a national level (and the other way around)

Lead the research, secure and manage new businesses

Monitor the quality services delivered by the recruitment team

*

Travel nationally and abroad for executive meetings

Requirements:

- IT recruitment management experience, contract market

- Ambitions and motivated
