Duties:

• Incumbent effectively executes the CSWF Program and provides accurate guidance and direction to NCTAMS LANT domain.
• Incumbent develops plans and policies to achieve the maximum efficiency level of processing CSWF personnel actions. 
• The incumbent generates, reviews, and presents ad hoc reports based on trend analysis and status reports. 
• The incumbent coordinates with Contracting Officer Representatives (CORs) to ensure current and future contracts Statement of Work or Performance Work Statement have sufficient language that requires contractor personnel to meet appointment qualification, and investigative requirements. 

Condition of Employment :

• Must be a U. S. Citizen
• Able to obtain a Top Secret Clearance
